When following the Fundamentals training, the student is expected to correctly advise the customer where applicable. Making use of available means, the student will search for solutions to the questions. The tasks to be performed are not by definition fiscally permissible.

The student uses the internet and the Tax Line. Furthermore, various study books are used, e.g. the Payroll Almanac, the Almanac for Social Security and the legislation. The student is expected to behave proactively and solve problems on his own.
