Payroll processing can take place at the Arvode offices. Arvode has the capability to set up the payroll administration, in a way that it integrates well into your working processes and requirements. The steps your organisation needs to take for Outsourcing are described below.

Start up
Arvode decides whether data is to be imported electronically or processed manually. Our payroll specialist will then carry out a ‘health-check’, before possibly carrying out a shadow run.

Transition does not have to be on 1st January.

Phased
Depending on the size of your organisation, it is possible that a (senior) payroll administrator will visit a few times to process the payroll administration. In this way, your staff gets to know the direct contact of Arvode and we get to know your company culture, processes and staff. Each step in the transition process is jointly reviewed.

This occures through conventional or modern appliances, for example a webapplication.

This comprises monthly e.g. (digital) payslips in duplicate (if required in English or German), (digital) payment file, period salary statement etcetera.
