Training
If desired, a training programme can be provided via the successful Arvode Academy. This quickly trains the staff to work independently with the application. The training is tailored to our client's situation.

Optimisation procedures
This is often underestimated. Technically, everything seems fantastic, but then one has to work with it. Personnel handbooks and standard forms need to be adapted and other changes may also need to be made.

A move to new software often meets a hostile reception. Because of this, strategically important staff is involved at an early stage of the implementation (and possible in selection). In addition good training helps ensure a positive attitude. Throughout the process, thoughtful provision of information and (personal) attention are essential.
