As well as theoretical knowledge, practical experience and knowledge of payroll applications are essential. Microsoft Word, and in particular Excel, are also of vital importance for optimum performance of day to day activities.

The knowledge of the payroll administrators must be of top quality in order to shine; not just as a payroll clerk, but as a payroll specialist.

To address this need, Arvode invests structurally in its staff. For this it has set up the Arvode Academy. External payroll administrators can also make limited use of this Academy.

Internal Training
The Academy provides training, such as PDL and VPS for our payroll specialists, where a training coordinator ensures that every employee continues to develop.
