Course Purpose
As a preparation for practical use of theoretical knowledge, in cooperation with QuoRatio, Arvode has created the Arvode Academy, a practical learning environment. Within this Academy, the student applies his knowledge of PDL in “practice”. The student works in a test environment but all the tasks come directly from the real world. The Arvode Academy is sub-divided into 3 parts. In all parts, changes are implemented for a fictitious employer and payslips produced.
Discussion questions
While following the Arvode Academy course, the students are given discussion questions. Using the internet, they look for the applicable jurisprudence. Then, in collaboration with fellow students, a joint response is formulated. |

Method
The tasks are performed independently using the available means. For this a unique handbook has been developed in which the actions to be performed are described step by step with reference to screenshots.
The students can draw on each other's knowledge, and each day there is around 1 hour of lectures for 3 hours of study. The Arvode Academy is modular in structure. Choose one of the following modules:
