Project approach: Analysis The first thing in every project is to determine the required starting points. The objectives, target groups and aims of the project are being determined. Naturally, the present and desired information streams and processes are being analysed. On the basis of this information, in conjunction with the client, the scope of the project will be established. What are the deciding factors in selection? What is the priority of each deciding factor? Who decides on what? Working it out We will work out the requirements of the application in detail, and determine wich objectives must be achieved. |
| Selection Based on the type of organisation, the main objectives and our experience, we will make an initial selection for you. This pre-selection will result in two or three payroll / personnel applications.
The selection is then studied in more detail, based on the precise package of requirements of the client. Finally, one application is left on which the client then receives a report and an advice. Once agreement in this phase is achieved, the follow-up section begins. Testing & optimisation Before the application is actually made available to the entire department, a thorough test will be performed in a screened environment to check both the technical and functional aspects. If faults or illogical aspects appear in this phase, these are resolved where possible in consultation with the software supplier. Delivery After the successful completion of the test procedures, the project is officially delivered to the client. Here Arvode implements the application within its environment to be, in consultation with the current payroll administrators. Training If desired, a training programme can be provided through the successful Arvode Academy. This quickly trains the staff to work independently with the chosen application.
