Senior Payroll administrator Organisation

Function
As a senior payroll administrator you are responsible for the proper functioning of your team within the payroll. On the department you will direct three junior Payroll administrators , coach and monitor them.
You are responsible for the quality of the work done.
You correctly fit the law and regulations in and are responsible for the control and distribution of data. You see on the receipt of sickness benefit and disability benefits (WIA).

Demands
As a senior payroll administrator you have:
A finished PDL degree; An Bachelor working and thinking level (preferably a bachelor degree); At least 5 years of experience in independent payroll administration; Coaching/managing experience would be a plus;
Experience with Unit 4 is a plus.
Working conditions
In this job where a lot of experience and challenge is asked and offered, an appropriate salary is in order, based on experience and age.
