Arvode here also assesses the actual professional knowledge of candidates and gives an indication of the expected performance. Development In development assessments, an evaluation is made of the potential of the employee and of how this potential can be brought to development. Depending on the level of position, the specific tasks, demands and needs of the client, a tailor-made programme is compiled. Follow-up An assessment however is not an end in itself. It is the starting point of development. We also offer various options for implementing the result into practice, both in advance and afterwards. The result of an assessment can, for example, be followed-up in a 360 degree feedback study, a development discussion or coaching plan, and facilitation of the participant's development.
