Assessments: selection and development
People and organisations both want to develop to the fullest. To achieve this, assessment programmes can be a useful aid. The qualities and core skills (skills profile) of the candidates must be considered. Arvode offers a wide range of assessment programmes.

Selection
Arvode offers selection assessments for jobs from a low level up to an executive level. A skills profile always forms the starting point. Arvode here also assesses the actual professional knowledge of candidates and gives an indication of the expected performance.

Development
In development assessments, an evaluation is made of the potential of the employee and of how this potential can be brought to development. Depending on the level of position, the specific tasks, demands and needs of the client, a tailor-made programme is compiled.

Method
Our working method is always personal, with respect and attention given to the individual, and always targeted at the specific wishes of our clients. Arvode offers a wide range of assessment programmes; naturally we work according the NIP code.

This means amongst other things that;

the assessments may be carried out in our offices, but also on your site;

our clients can participate in the assessments;

our clients are always supported by a permanent advisor;

our clients receive good quality, but also brief and clear reports, tailored to your situation;

our clients are aware that we always ask the participant’s consent for the report, in accordance with the NIP code;

our clients can influence the duration of the assessments;

our clients also get feedback on how participants viewed the assessment.

Follow-up
An assessment however is not an end in itself. It is the starting point of development. We also offer various options for implementing the result into practice, both in advance and afterwards. The result of an assessment can, for example, be followed-up in a 360 degree feedback study, a development discussion or coaching plan, and facilitation of the participant's development.
